Credit System

You can top up your credit anytime directly from the app. Credit is used for accessing certain features or services within the platform. Simply choose a top-up package that suits your needs and complete the payment using the available options. Once successful, your credit will be updated instantly, allowing you to continue using the app without interruptions.
Step 1: Open the Credit Section
• Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner
• Select "Credit" from the menu
Step 2: Choose an Option
• Tap "Top Up" to add credit
Step 3: Select a Package
• Browse and select your preferred credit package
Step 4: Proceed to Payment
• Tap "Proceed to Payment"
• Complete your payment using the available payment gateway options
Step 5: Credit Added
• Once the payment is successful, the credit balance will be automatically updated in your app
You can easily keep track of all your top-up transactions within the app. By accessing your payment history, you can view details such as the date, amount, payment method, and status of each transaction. For added convenience, receipts can also be viewed or downloaded, allowing you to manage your records whenever needed easily.

Step 2: View History
• Tap "History" to see your past top-up transactions
Step 3: Check Details
Review each transaction's details:
• Date
• Amount
• Payment method
• Status (e.g., Successful, Pending)
Step 4: View or Download Receipt
• Tap a transaction to view more details
• Tap "Download Receipt" (if available) to save a copy for your records

• Select "Credit" from the menu
Step 2: Choose Transfer Option
• Tap "Transfer" to proceed
Step 3: Enter Recipient Details
• Select or input the contact of the user to whom you wish to transfer credits
Step 4: Provide Transfer Information
• Enter the credit amount to be transferred
• Optionally, add a remark for reference
Step 5: Confirm Transfer
• Tap "Confirm Transfer"
Step 6: Finalize Action
• Select "Yes" to authorize the transaction
Step 7: Completion Notification
• A success popup will appear, confirming that the credits have been successfully transferred and the recipient's account has been updated automatically
