There are two main technical activities taking place:
Several photos show a technician performing a deep clean on the outdoor condenser unit of an air conditioning system.
Chemical Application: One image shows a pressurized hand sprayer being used to apply a cleaning agent (likely a coil cleaner) to the aluminum fins. The white foamy reaction in later photos indicates the chemical is lifting deeply embedded dirt, grease, and oxidation.
Pressure Rinsing: Other images show the technician using a high-pressure water jet to rinse the chemical and debris away. This is critical for maintaining heat exchange efficiency and preventing the compressor from overheating.
The final image shows two brand-new CULM branded motors in their original packaging.
These are replacement motors for the condenser fans.
Replacing these motors is usually necessary if the old ones have seized, developed bearing noise, or failed electrically, which would prevent the unit from dissipating heat properly.
It appears the system is undergoing comprehensive corrective maintenance. Beyond just a routine wash, the team is restoring the cooling capacity of the coils and replacing mechanical components (the motors) to ensure the system returns to optimal operating pressure and performance.
