Hydraulic System Integrity: Our team mapped the chilled water piping to assess the health of Butterfly Valves and Flexible Connectors. We identified units showing signs of vibration stress that may require future "menukar ganti flexible valve" (valve replacement).
Electrical Safety & Stability: We audited the main distribution boards, specifically checking the Capacitor Banks for power factor health and the Contactors for signs of carbonization or heat fatigue.
Water Distribution Audit: Inspections of the booster and transfer pumps were conducted to ensure that water pressure remains constant even during peak morning usage across all hotel floors.
