Event security deposit:
The security deposit for booking our event space is calculated at 15% of the total booking cost or RM1,000, whichever amount is higher. This deposit is collected to ensure the safety and condition of the space during your event. After your event concludes, provided there is no damage or issues with the space, the security deposit will be fully refunded to you.
