Scope of Work: Base Flashing Integration, Turbine Assembly, and Weatherproof Sealing

Flashing & Base Installation: The custom-fabricated base was prepared to provide a stable foundation for the turbine.
Alignment with Metal Deck: Our technicians meticulously positioned the flashing to perfectly match the profile of the metal deck roofing, ensuring a flush fit that prevents water pooling.
Mechanical Fastening: The flashing was fixed securely to the roof structure using industrial-grade self-tapping screws.
Ventilator Neck Integration: The ventilator neck was inserted into the flashing base, providing the transition point between the interior air space and the exterior turbine.
Turbine Assembly: The high-performance ventilator turbine was mounted onto the neck, utilizing low-friction bearings to ensure continuous rotation even in low-wind conditions.
Precision Weatherproofing: To guarantee a leak-free result, EKG applied high-grade industrial sealant around all screws and joints, creating a permanent barrier against moisture.
