The national electronic court system, e-Kehakiman, is currently experiencing a major technical disruption, rendering the portal inaccessible to legal practitioners and the public.
As of 10:30 AM today, users attempting to access the site reported "Secure Connection Failed" errors. The Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court has issued an official statement apologizing for the inconvenience and outlining emergency measures to prevent delays in legal proceedings.
Due to the suspension of online services, the following protocols are in effect immediately:
Manual Submissions: All document filings that would normally be done online must now be submitted manually at court registration counters.
Duration: This manual filing requirement remains in effect until the system is fully restored and a formal announcement is made.
Direct Referrals: All matters regarding case mentions, trials, hearings, and case management must be referred directly to the respective courts handling the cases.
