The company has no outstanding tax or other liabilities with any Government Department or Agency
Where a company has commenced operation, it must settle all outstanding tax and obtain a tax clearance prior to the filling of the application for striking off.
根据《2016年公司法》第550条提出申请的要求
公司不得有任何尚未清偿的税务或其他政府部门 / 机构负债
若公司已开始营运，则在提交除名申请之前，必须清偿所有未缴税务，并向税务局（LHDN）取得税务清算证明（tax clearance），方可提交公司除名申请。
