Omoda Jaecoo Malaysia Reaches New Sales Milestone in Malaysia


Less than two years after entering the Malaysian market, Omoda Jaecoo Malaysia has delivered more than 30,000 vehicles nationwide, proving the brand’s rapid growth and rising popularity among local buyers.

Since its debut in 2024, the company has expanded its lineup with models such as the Jaecoo J7, Jaecoo J8, Jaecoo J5, Omoda C9 and Omoda C9 PHEV, helping the brand secure a strong position in Malaysia’s non-national automotive segment.



On the global side, the automaker now operates in 64 countries and has surpassed one million total vehicle sales worldwide, covering regions including Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Chris Tan, Head of Omoda Jaecoo Malaysia, said the achievement reflects the strong trust and support received from customers, partners, and stakeholders throughout the company’s growth journey.



Moving forward, the brand plans to introduce more electrified and technology-driven models into the Malaysian market as it continues focusing on future mobility solutions.

The latest addition is the Omoda C9 PHEV, which comes equipped with the brand’s Super Hybrid System (SHS) technology, the same hybrid setup also found in the Jaecoo J7 PHEV.
