Malaysia’s Latest Fuel Prices: 30 Sept – 8 Oct 2025

The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has released the updated retail fuel prices in Malaysia, effective from 30 September to 8 October 2025.

Through the BUDI MADANI RON95 (BUDI95) programme, eligible Malaysians can purchase RON95 at RM1.99 per litre for up to 300 litres monthly. Any usage beyond this limit will be charged at the market price of RM2.60 per litre. For non-Malaysians, the RON95 price is RM2.60 per litre during this period, with MoF highlighting that pricing remains tied to global oil market trends.

The price of RON97 petrol remains at RM3.21 per litre. Diesel prices are also unchanged, at RM2.93 per litre in Peninsular Malaysia and RM2.15 per litre in Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan.

These new rates take effect from midnight on 30 September until 8 October. The ministry reaffirmed its commitment to monitor global crude oil fluctuations while ensuring price stability and safeguarding the welfare of the rakyat.
