😆 Exciting Update – Another Unit Sent In for Tensile Testing!
We’re excited to share that a customer from the construction pool installation industry has sent in another units for testing after being satisfied with our previous support and results.
This time, the objective is to evaluate adhesive bonding performance on fibre material by comparing epoxy glue versus manufacturer adhesive.
📌 Reason for testing:
• to compare bonding strength between epoxy glue and manufacturer adhesive
• to verify which adhesive provides stronger and more reliable adhesion
• to ensure suitability for actual site application and long-term durability
⚙️ Test method :
• fibre samples were prepared with adhesive bonding
• samples were cured based on required setting time
• tensile load was applied using a Universal Testing Machine (UTM) until failure
• maximum force was recorded to evaluate adhesive tensile performance
