🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders
Assist sales team in preparing invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
Maintain and update customer database & filing system
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth delivery
Provide general administrative support to sales operations
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
1–2 years of working experience in sales admin or customer service
(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
