Appointments may be scheduled via our website, telephone, or in-person at the clinic.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide such notice may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of any deposits paid.
Patients are obligated to provide accurate and complete medical information, including prior medical reports (both hardcopy and softcopy), medications, allergies, procedures, and relevant health history.
Patients must inform the clinic promptly of any changes to their personal or medical information.
MediHope Clinic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services in situations where a patient has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information, or failed to disclose relevant health conditions.
All personal data collected is used strictly for medical care and administrative purposes and will be handled with confidentiality in accordance with Malaysian privacy laws.
Patients who fail to settle outstanding balances within 14 days of the invoice date agree that their personal information may be disclosed to registered credit reporting agencies, including CTOS, Experian, or other authorized bodies, for debt recovery purposes.
Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been pre-approved.
We accept multiple payment methods and selected insurance providers. Kindly confirm eligibility with our reception team before your appointment.
Written prescriptions and official documentation may incur additional professional fees.
A non-refundable deposit is required for all procedure-related services, including but not limited to injections, laser treatments, and implants. This deposit secures your appointment and covers preparatory costs.
The exact deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and varies based on the type and scope of the procedure.
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking.
Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
Patients are advised to notify the clinic as early as possible for any changes to maximize rescheduling flexibility.
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the procedure on the scheduled day of service.
MediHope Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, injury, or health deterioration resulting from the use of our services or any omissions by the patient in providing full medical disclosure.
MediHope Clinic reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Updated terms will be made available on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
