Carton bagging machine (MTW-T50/MTW-GT50)
Special sealing design: In view of the easy leakage of grease, the "eight" shape or bottom double-channel sealing is adopted to effectively prevent leakage; the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel to meet food-grade hygiene requirements.
Flexible adaptability: Supports manual adjustment of carton size (10-20 minutes switching), processing speed 300-360 boxes/hour, suitable for packaging of 100g-25kg specifications such as butter and ghee.
Automated process: Synchronously complete box entry, bagging, flanging, and blasting out of the box, single machine or linked with bag sealing machine.
Integration of grease packaging line
Full process solution: Covering unpacking → bag inserter → filling → weighing → metal detection → bag sealing → box sealing → palletizing, realizing unmanned production.
Key technologies:
Inflatable bagging technology: Ensure that the PE bag is accurately unfolded during filling to avoid grease adhesion.
Explosion-proof design: For chemical grease environment, equipped with explosion-proof bag sealing machine (MTW-FT50) to reduce safety risks.
