Testing & Commissioning (T&C): AC System Balancing

In the 2026 Malaysian engineering landscape, AC System Balancing (part of the Test, Adjust, and Balance - TAB process) is the critical final phase of AHU installation. Under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2024, balancing is no longer just about "eliminating hot spots"; it is a statutory requirement to prove that the air distribution network supports the building's Specific Fan Power (SFP) and Energy Intensity (BEI) targets.
