Perindopril arginine 10 mg (≈ 6.79 mg perindopril base)

Indapamide 2.5 mg

Amlodipine besilate 5 mg (≈ 6.935 mg amlodipine)
 

Indications:

Triplixam 10/2.5/5 mg is used for:

Substitution treatment of essential hypertension

In adult patients who are already adequately controlled on a triple combination of:

• Perindopril arginine 10 mg (ACE inhibitor)

• Indapamide 2.5 mg (thiazide-like diuretic)

• Amlodipine 5 mg (calcium channel blocker)
  taken as separate tablets.

Note: This fixed-dose combination is not suitable for starting therapy. Each component must first be adjusted/titrated individually to the appropriate dose.

 

Instructions:

Dosage

• Take 1 tablet once daily

Timing

• Preferably in the morning

• Before meals (on an empty stomach)

Administration

• Swallow the tablet whole with water

• Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet

Food Interaction

• Taking it on an empty stomach enhances the absorption of perindopril
