The Rotary Drum Mixer performs complex movements so as to complete uniform mixing. This mixing equipment is highly versatile and suitable for a variety of materials through its disseminating, agglomerating and mixing functions. This machine is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, metallurgical, light industry and various scientific research units and institutes. It can mix powdery and granular materials with good fluidity very uniformly to make the mixing. The finished materials can reach a good mixing state. The mixing barrel has multi-directional movement, the materials in the barrel are cross-mixed.
Features:
- The barrel for charging the materials is driven by the driving shaft. The barrel body carries on the repeated level movement, rotation, turning and other complex movements so that the materials will carry out the three dimensions and complex movements along the barrel body so as to realize the various movements of the materials. The function of disseminating, gathering, agglomerating and mixing are integrated in one line to realize uniform mixing.
- Control system can be customized on request. Push bottom, PLC and human touch screen are available for customer choice.
- For the feeding system, it can choose a vacuum feeding system or negative feeding system or others.
