Introduction
Are your team facing challenges in having productive results due to the breakdown in communication? Are your team aware of the underlying needs of human behaviour, which very frequent is the reason of relationship breakdown.
In the new era of the fast-paced society, many people do not have the patience, time, and clarity in getting the message across and causing many miscommunications, strain in relationships and eventually unproductive results in the organization.
In this workshop, we will go into the psychology of human being, understanding why people behave the way they behave, and how to use what they “wish” to listen, to create a strong bonding with them. Often what they “wish” to listen would not appear in the communication on the surface, but it needs high awareness to know what do they really want. Fret not, it will be covered in this course.
We will be talking about how to influence others in communication, to achieve a win-win situation, using the 4R framework.
Lastly, the most crucial part is the way to handle conflict in a professional, and more composed manner. We would not be able to resolve a conflict effectively if we do not understand how the Image of our Mind works. With this knowledge and awareness, itself, is already a big step into a healthy relationship, not only in the workplace, but also back home. Having a healthy and empowering relationships are key to life happiness.
