A stainless steel braided hose is a flexible metal hose assembly consisting of a corrugated stainless steel inner core, reinforced externally with a stainless steel braid. It is designed to handle high pressure, temperature extremes, and corrosive environments, providing durability and flexibility where rigid piping cannot be used.
Material Construction
Inner Core: Corrugated stainless steel (usually SS304 or SS316) for excellent corrosion resistance.
Outer Braid: Single or double layers of stainless steel wire braid to increase pressure resistance and prevent elongation.
