Talent Management is more than a process of identifying high potentials for leadership development programs. In this program, we will explore how to put into place mechanisms to help employees explore, discover, develop, and release the talents’ potential for the benefit of the organization.

Target Audience

This course is intended for employees in Human Resources, particularly managing the portfolio of Talent Management.

Methodology

The course will be conducted in an interactive learning mode in order to encourage active learning among the participants. Methods of training include group discussions, slide presentations, assessments, individual assignments, games and opportunities for self-reflection and action planning.

Additional Notes

This program will utilise the DISC Profiling Assessment Tools. Minimal charges will be charged for each unit of completed assessment.
