Nasi Goreng Geragau Legend is a distinctive Malaysian-style fried rice dish made using udang geragau which are tiny, translucent pinkish shrimp also known a krill or acetes shrimp. These miniature shrimp are a beloved ingredient in traditional Malay coastal cuisine.
