Guardian Butylwrap 1030
GUARDIAN Butylwrap 1030 is a cold applied tape coating system designed for the corrosion protection of field joints, fittings and specialty piping. The products can be used for both buried and above ground applications.
GUARDIAN Butylwrap 1030 tape has a butyl rubber adhesive and retains conformability over a wide temperture range, yet exhibits an elevated level of shear resistance, which is a key in-ground performance characteristic. Coupled with a malleable polythylene backing. this versatile tape system can be applied by hand or with a wrapping machine.

Guardian Butylwrap 1042-30 (3-Ply Double Adhesive Inner Layer)
GUARDIAN Butylwrap 1042-30 inner layer is a two component co-extruded coating consisting of a polyethylene inner layer coated on both sides with butyl rubber adhesive, resulting in a double adhesive for self-adhering results. GUARDIAN ButyBwrap 1042-30 inner layer is recommended for all pipelines that need additional corrosion protection. It allows for a greater cohesive adherence between liquid adhesive, butyl and adhesive of the outer layer. It complies with international standards DIN 30672, EN 12068, ASTM and AWWA.

Guardian Butylwrap 1080
GUARDIAN Butylwrap 1080/1055 is a dual tape corrosion protective coating consisting of Butylwrap Primer P27 and two layers of 2-Ply PE/Butyl Tape. It is utilized for the coating of linepipe, field joints. risers, pipeline fitting and appurtenances.
GUARDIAN Butylwrap 1080/1055 is manufactured in accordance with AWWA Standard C214.
