• Shall not install at hot location (such as burning location and others) to avoid damage the product.

• Without permission, individual are not allow to dismantle theproduct. 
• Ensure the power supply been switch off before proceed for any installation or repairing works. 

• Product Warranty for 36 months upon ex-factory.
• Our company will maintain the right to either repair, parts replacement or products exchange during the quality warranty period.

• Dismantle the product causing the damage.
• No purchase order document provided.
• Input voltage higher than power supply specification.
• Improper installation.
• Natural disaster such as Earthquake, Typhoon, Lightning and fire causing the product damage.
