We had the privilege of collaborating with CARs International, a well-established brand in the car care industry since 1973, known for offering a wide range of professional automotive restoration and detailing services. With a strong presence in major shopping malls across the region, CARs International continues to expand its footprint by enhancing customer convenience and brand consistency.
Our team was tasked with the design and renovation of their new outlets located in Mid Valley Megamall, 1 Utama, and Penang’s shopping malls. The objective was to create modern, efficient, and brand-consistent spaces that reflect the quality and professionalism of CARs International’s services.
Scope of Work:
Concept Design & Space Planning: We developed a standardized layout to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a clean, premium aesthetic suitable for high-traffic mall environments.
Interior Renovation & Fit-Out: The work included flooring, wall finishes, lighting, and branded fixtures, with an emphasis on durability, ease of maintenance, and alignment with mall requirements.
Brand Integration: CARs International’s signature colors, logo placements, and brand messaging were seamlessly incorporated into the design to ensure instant recognition and visual consistency across all outlets.
Service Bay Optimization: We carefully planned the service zones to allow smooth vehicle flow, technician workspace, and storage areas within the limited mall-based shoplot footprints.
Compliance & Coordination: We liaised with mall management to ensure all renovation work complied with safety and operational guidelines, and coordinated closely to deliver each outlet within tight timelines.

The completed outlets in Mid Valley, 1 Utama, and Penang now serve as modern, efficient, and welcoming spaces that uphold CARs International’s long-standing reputation. Each location is tailored to support high service volume while delivering a premium customer experience — in line with the brand’s commitment to excellence in car care.
