The WEH® TW241 quick connector is specially designed for leak testing on external straight tube diameters from 6.0 mm to 44.0 mm, offering fast, secure, and pressure-tight connections in seconds. It is ideal for use with copper, steel, or aluminium tubes in HVAC-R, manufacturing, and automotive applications.
Rapid Connection: No hand tightening or seal adjustment required.
External Sealing: Seals on the outside diameter of the test tube.
Wide Tolerance Range: Bridges up to ± 0.25 mm; suitable for roundness deviations up to 0.25 mm.
Jaw Locking Mechanism: Ensures high grip and low surface pressure, minimizing distortion and eliminating the need for external clamping.
Pressure Safety Support: Disconnection is not possible above 5 bar, ensuring user safety.
Durable Design: Constructed with hardened stainless steel jaws and anodized aluminium housing for long service life.
