	**Open for Beginners**: No experience required. This class will teach students how to make cartoon sausage bun ,cartoon sandwiched bun ,cartoon hand-rolled bun,and filled cartoon bun.
	In just one class, you will learn four essential techniques for mastering steamed bun.
	 
	Class Contents:—
	-Explanation and selection of ingredients,materials and equipments.
	- Techniques for achieving smooth and soft dough (using both a mixer and hand kneading)
	- Introduction to edible color selection and mixing ratios
	- Techniques for perfect filling without leakage
	- Shaping and precise positioning of facial features
	- Methods and judgment of fermentation
	- Control of steaming heat and time
	- Storage methods and tips for reheating
	 
	The classroom will provide all necessary materials, tools, and packaging boxes. Students will take home 4 finished products made by themselves.
