It is ideal for use as a sanitiser for surfaces including :

It is APPROVED under US FDA regulations for use as non-rinse sanitiser on food-contact surfaces in & around food processing areas.
Direction for use
To sanitise food-contact surfaces, spray onto surface with trigger sprayer. Wipe off with a clean cloth. No water rinse required.
