Indications:

• Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure)

• Mild to moderate chronic heart failure (CHF) in patients aged 70 or older

 Instructions:

• Take 1 tablet (5 mg) once daily, preferably at the same time each day

• Can be taken with or without food

• Do not discontinue suddenly without consulting your doctor
