Contents

• Active Ingredient: Each tablet contains 10 mg of cetirizine hydrochloride, a second-generation antihistamine that selectively inhibits peripheral H receptors, effectively reducing allergy symptoms.

Indications

• Relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis (both seasonal and perennial), including sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal pruritus, ocular pruritus, tearing, and redness of the eyes. 
• Treat uncomplicated skin manifestations of chronic urticaria (hives), significantly reducing the occurrence, severity, and duration of hives and pruritus.

Instructions for Use

• Dosage:
  • Adults and Children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet (10 mg) once daily, with or without food.
  • Children 6 to 11 years: Take ½ to 1 tablet (5–10 mg) once daily, depending on symptom severity.
  • Children 2 to 5 years: Use Adezio Oral Solution 2.5 mg, which can be increased to a maximum dose of 5 mg per day, depending on symptom severity and patient response. 
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.
• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible on the same day. Do not take two doses on the same day to make up for a missed dose.
• Precautions: Caution should be exercised when driving or operating potentially dangerous machinery, as somnolence has been reported in some patients taking cetirizine.
