radFA - Manual Lid shear (MLS) is designed for Flip Chip package opener

Features :

• Adjustable Z height : Used the micrometer head easy to adjust the fine Position.
• Left and Right shear cutter : Manual rotate the handle to drive the leadscrew rotation.
• The shearing cutter movement mechanism guide by linear bearing
• Cutter easy conversion no alignment require

Sequence :

• Manual place the Flip Chip at loading area (in between shearing cutter)
• Rotating the handle clockwise direction, the shearing cutter will move in to shear the Flip Chip until open.
• Then rotate anti-clockwise direction to open back the shearing cutter
