Thinners are basically a group of solvents blended together that provides the ability to dissolve and thin oil-based paints. It reduces the viscosity of the paint thus allowing for a better finish. They can also be used for cleaning applications.
T500 is a washing thinner suitable for industrial cleaning of paint surfaces, tools and workstation. It also works well as a parts cleaner and degreaser. Although it is possible to use it to thin certain types of paint, T500 is developed and intended to be used as a washing focused thinner.
