The PyroCool HPC600T is a 600W industrial cabinet air conditioner designed for cooling electrical control cabinets, automation panels, telecom cabinets, outdoor enclosures and equipment cabinets with concentrated internal heat sources.
The HPC Series provides closed-loop cabinet cooling to protect electrical and electronic components from high temperature, dust and humidity. With IP55 protection, RS485 communication and dry contact alarm output, the HPC600T is suitable for compact and medium-sized industrial enclosures that require reliable temperature control.

Product Overview
Electrical cabinets can contain heat-generating components such as PLCs, VFDs, power supplies, relays, industrial switches, remote I/O modules, meters and communication devices. When heat is trapped inside the cabinet, component life can reduce and faults may occur.
The HPC600T helps solve cabinet heating problems by delivering dedicated enclosure cooling with a short internal air path and uniform cooling air distribution. It is suitable for smaller and medium-sized cabinets where a compact door-mounted or face-mounted cabinet air conditioner is required.

Installation and Mounting
The HPC600T is designed for door-mounted or face-mounted installation. The product drawing shows the compact body size with flange dimension of 352 × 582mm and 14 × Ø6 flange / mounting holes for the installation arrangement.

Installation note: Confirm cabinet cut-out, door strength, drainage, cable entry, ventilation clearance and service access before installation. The cabinet door must be suitable for the equipment weight and mounting-hole arrangement.

Open ventilation fans can introduce dust, moisture and hot ambient air into the enclosure. Closed-loop cabinet air conditioning keeps internal cabinet air separated from external air while removing heat from the cabinet.

Recommended Selection Process
Correct cabinet air conditioner sizing depends on internal heat load, cabinet size, ambient temperature, target internal temperature and installation environment. The cooling capacity should be selected based on real heat load, not only cabinet size.
- Calculate total internal heat load from drives, power supplies, controllers, relays and installed electronics.
- Confirm indoor or outdoor installation and maximum ambient temperature.
- Confirm required cabinet internal temperature or thermostat setpoint.
- Check cabinet size, insulation, solar exposure and heat gain from surroundings.
- Confirm IP rating requirement and whether closed-loop cooling is required.
- Confirm door strength, cut-out size and available mounting area.
- Confirm power supply, alarm wiring, RS485 communication and monitoring requirement.
