Aluminium Rivets

For all applications of blind riveting. Aluminium rivet head with steel mandrel. The rivet mandrel is passed through the nose piece of a suitable riveting tool and the rivet body is placed in a prepared hole in the assembly to be fastened. The riveting action pulls the mandrel head into the body of the rivet, so opening it to form an envelope around the mandrel head. When the rivet has been fully deformed and the assembly firmly drawn together, the mandrel breaks at a pre-determined load. The riveter may then be withdrawn and reloaded. Box quantities range from 50, 100, 250 and 500. Available in short, medium and long lengths.
