Flexible Rubber Joint Replacement, Airlock Release & Pressure Leak Testing
Our technical team recently carried out essential maintenance work to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the piping system. The project involved replacing the existing flexible rubber joint, releasing trapped airlocks within the pipeline, and conducting a comprehensive pressure test to identify any potential leakage.
The flexible rubber joint replacement was performed to restore flexibility within the system and to prevent vibration transfer that could lead to long-term damage to the piping network. Over time, rubber joints can deteriorate due to pressure fluctuations, temperature changes, and normal wear, making timely replacement critical for system stability.
Following the replacement, our technicians proceeded with the airlock release process. Air trapped within the piping system can disrupt water flow, reduce efficiency, and create unnecessary pressure within the line.
