Taman Residensi Mesra Phase 1 – KPK GROUP

Taman Residensi Mesra Phase 1 is a residential development project located on part of Lot 16, Mukim Gurun, Kuala Muda District, Kedah Darul Aman. The development comprises a total of 549 housing units, consisting of 405 units of single-storey terrace houses measuring 20' x 70', and 144 units of double-storey terrace houses measuring 20' x 66'.

The scope of work awarded under this project includes three main components. Firstly, the Letter of Award for Construction and Completion covers the full construction of all 549 housing units—specifically, 405 single-storey and 144 double-storey terrace houses—under the category of main building works. Secondly, a separate Letter of Award for Electrical Works was issued for the electrical installation and systems in both types of housing units. Finally, the third component comprises a Letter of Award for Infrastructure Works, which includes earthworks, sewer line installation, water reticulation systems, water tank construction, retention pond, drainage systems, the construction of a sewerage treatment plant, and all related road works.
