MUSASHI ENGINEERING SM300DS-3A is an integrated assembly and manufacturing equipment for PC board production. This system is designed for assembling and manufacturing standard-size PC boards with components that are based on a 0.5mm pitch. The SM300 has an X-Y-Z robot head that is used for PC boards that are 8-39cm in length, 11-45cm in height, and up to 10cm thick. It can be used for a variety of operations such as pickup, inserting, soldering, forming, routing, and bonding. Motors used for the robot are omega brushless motor with follow-up driving mechanisms, minimizing drive noise and achieving an overall smooth and quiet operation.
