• Active Ingredient: Oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg/mL (0.05% m/v)
• Preservative: Benzalkonium chloride 0.005% m/v

• Relief of nasal congestion due to acute rhinitis (common cold)
• Paranasal sinusitis
• Syringitis
• Otitis media (middle ear infection)
• Allergic rhinitis

• Adults and children aged 6 years and above: Instill 1–2 drops into each nostril 2–3 times daily.
• Maximum duration of use: Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion or rhinitis medicamentosa.

1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages.
2. Tilt your head back slightly.
3. Place the dropper above one nostril and instill the prescribed number of drops.
4. Repeat for the other nostril.
5. Keep your head tilted for a short time to allow the medication to spread.
6. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface to maintain hygiene.
