QE-CURRENT-485 Universal Current and Voltage Converter & Analyser

The QEED QE-CURRENT-485 is a universal all-in-one current and voltage converter and analyser for electrical panels. It allows one module to interface with many types of isolated current and voltage sensors, convert the measured signal, and transmit the data through RS485 Modbus RTU.

The module supports Rogowski probes, 1A / 5A current transformers, ±10Vpk or ±1Vpk current / voltage transformers, 333mV current transformers, 100mA AC/DC current transducers and Hall effect sensors. It also includes a temperature input for PT100 or NTC probes.

Overview

QE-CURRENT-485 is designed for applications where different current or voltage sensor types must be connected to a common monitoring, control or automation system. Instead of using different converters for different sensors, this module provides one flexible interface for AC/DC current, AC/DC voltage and temperature measurement.

It is suitable for distribution panels, transformer stations, power factor correction panels, purification facilities, paper mills, steel mills, electrical motor monitoring and industrial process applications where current, voltage, temperature and waveform-related values need to be measured and transmitted.

Important note: QE-CURRENT-485 requires an isolated primary current or voltage sensor. The device is intended as an interface and analyser for isolated sensors, not as a direct high-voltage or high-current input device.

Configuration

The module can be configured using FACILE QE-CURRENT-485 software or through RS485 Modbus. The software allows configuration of communication parameters, input type, output scaling and measurement settings.
