3Wire RS2M2 is a 2-channel isolated RS-485 hub that enables two RS-485 master devices to communicate with one or more slave devices without cross-interference. It ensures that responses from slave devices are sent only to the corresponding master that initiated the request.
The RS2M2 features photoelectric isolation for robust signal integrity, along with 15kV ESD protection and 5kA lightning surge protection to safeguard against electrical disturbances.
Each of the three communication ports includes an LED indicator for real-time monitoring. The hub supports transparent data transmission, with communication format and baud rate adjustable via software.
