According to Glomac group managing director and CEO Datuk Seri FD Iskandar, the project represents a deliberate shift towards more thoughtfully designed residential offerings focused on space and privacy.
One of the key features of 16 Legacy is its dual frontage design, which enhances natural lighting and ventilation throughout the homes. The residences also adopt open-plan layouts and include flexible spaces that can function as studies, guest rooms, or family areas depending on homeowners’ needs.
Located within a private crescent in the broader Saujana Rawang masterplan, the homes are positioned near a lakeside setting, offering a quieter and more serene residential atmosphere. The township also benefits from strong connectivity via major highways such as the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, Kuala Lumpur–Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), and the North–South Expressway (NSE). In addition, the nearby Rawang KTM station improves accessibility for commuters.
