Project Overview
Our technical team recently completed a comprehensive air conditioning restoration project involving major component replacement and full system recommissioning. The scope of work was carefully executed to restore optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability of the system.
1. Compressor Replacement
The faulty compressor was removed and replaced with a new unit to ensure stable cooling performance and prevent further system failure. Proper alignment, brazing, and pressure testing were conducted to guarantee long-term durability.
2. TXV (Thermostatic Expansion Valve) Replacement
A new TXV was installed to regulate refrigerant flow accurately, improving cooling efficiency and ensuring balanced system operation.
3. Filter Drier Replacement
The existing filter drier was replaced to eliminate moisture and contaminants within the refrigeration circuit, protecting the compressor and internal components from damage.
4. System Flushing
A complete system flushing process was carried out to remove residual oil, debris, and contaminants from the piping network, ensuring a clean and efficient refrigerant flow.
5. System Vacuuming
A deep vacuum process was performed to remove air and moisture from the system, preventing internal corrosion and maintaining system integrity before gas charging.
6. Refrigerant Recharge (R22)
The system was recharged with R22 refrigerant according to manufacturer specifications. Pressure readings and performance tests were conducted to confirm stable operation and optimal cooling output.
After completion, the air conditioning system resumed normal operation with improved cooling performance, stable pressure readings, and enhanced overall efficiency. Final inspections and testing confirmed that the system is operating safely and reliably.
