ARITA Cast Iron Swing Check Valve
ARITA PN16 swing check valve is designed to allow fluid flow in one direction and automatically prevent backflow when flow stops, protecting pumps and downstream piping equipment.
PN16 Pressure Rating
Designed for PN16 service with the following working conditions:
Non-shock water up to 120°C at 1.37 MPa (14 kgf/cm²)
Water, oil, gas up to 120°C at 0.98 MPa (10 kgf/cm²)
Saturated steam up to 0.69 MPa (7 kgf/cm²)
Cast Iron Construction (FC200)
Valve body, cover, and disc are manufactured from FC200 cast iron, providing good mechanical strength and durability for water and general industrial services.
Flanged End Connection
Flanged design allows secure installation in pipeline systems and is suitable for waterworks, building services, and industrial piping networks.
Swing Disc Design
The swing-type disc offers a straight-through flow path with relatively low pressure drop, making it suitable for applications where minimal flow resistance is required.
Pressure Tested for Reliability
Hydrostatic shell test: 2.06 MPa (21 kgf/cm²)
Hydrostatic seat test: 1.51 MPa (15.4 kgf/cm²)
