ORIGA SYSTEM PLUS – Modular Actuator Series Overview
Parker Hannifin’s ORIGA SYSTEM PLUS offers a unified modular platform for linear motion, combining pneumatic and electric drive technologies with precision guidance and flexible mounting. Below is a breakdown of the three core series: OSP-E, OSP-P, and OSP-L.
OSP-E – Electric Linear Actuators
- Drive Types: Belt (OSP-E..BHD), Ball Screw (OSP-E..SB), Trapezoidal Screw (OSP-E..ST)
- Guidance Options: Ball bearing, roller, plain bearing, heavy-duty
- Speed Range: Up to 10 m/s (belt drive); high repeatability ±0.05 mm/m
- Mounting: Dovetail rails on 3 sides; multi-axis connection ready
- Protection Class: IP54 standard; cleanroom and ATEX versions available
- Applications: High-speed positioning, synchronized multi-axis systems, vertical lifts

OSP-P – Pneumatic Rodless Cylinders

- Modular Add-ons: VOE valves, brakes, linear guides (SLIDELINE, POWERSLIDE, PROLINE)
- Special Versions: ATEX Zone 2GD, cleanroom certified, low/high temp (-40°C to +120°C)
- Applications: Reciprocating motion, pick-and-place, synchronized bi-parting systems
Migration Note: Recommended for replacing traditional rodless cylinders with enhanced modularity and integrated control options
OSP-L – Low-Friction Pneumatic Actuators

- Sealing System: PU inner band + stainless steel outer band for ultra-low leakage
