Flow & Focus: The curved ceilings and linear bar create a clear geo-structure, directing flow and promoting sophisticated networking and interaction in a controlled urban space.
Internal Vistas: Strategic gold mirrors act as internal geographical focal points, reflecting light and expanding the space where external views might be limited.
The light-filled apartment space serves as the essential Geo-Refuge from urban intensity:
Climatic Adaptation: Large windows maximize natural light and high-rise views, while sheer curtains manage the harsh tropical sun, a critical climatic adaptation.
Biophilic Counterbalance: Rattan, light wood, and plants provide a Biophilic response—a necessary injection of natural texture to counteract the surrounding concrete geography and promote well-being.
Micro-Zoning: The open layout uses smart Micro-Zoning to separate living and dining functions, efficiently optimizing the compact urban footprint.
