Content

• Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains 5 mg of bisoprolol fumarate and 6.25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide.
• Excipients: Includes colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, and anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate.
• Appearance: Pastel-pink, round, biconvex film-coated tablets, with a heart-shaped embossment on one side and the number “5” on the other.

Indications

• Primary Use: Treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension (high blood pressure).
• Combination Therapy: Bisoprolol is a beta-blocker that reduces heart rate and blood pressure, while hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that helps eliminate excess salt and water from the body, further lowering blood pressure.

Instructions

• Dosage: Start with 1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not chew, crush, or break.
• Food Intake: Can be taken with or without food.
• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember unless it's close to the time for your next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
