Content

• Active Ingredient: Each tablet contains 2.5 mg of tibolone.
• Excipients: Each tablet contains approximately 86.8 mg of lactose monohydrate.
• Appearance: The tablets are white, round, and flat with beveled edges, measuring 6 mm in diameter, and are imprinted with “MK” above “2” on one side and “Organon” on the other.

Indications

• Relief of Menopausal Symptoms: For the treatment of symptoms resulting from natural or surgical menopause in postmenopausal women who are at least 12 months after their last natural period.
• Prevention of Osteoporosis: To prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk of future fractures who are intolerant of, or contraindicated for, other medicinal products approved for the prevention of osteoporosis.

Instructions

• Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. It may be taken with or without food.
• Timing: It is recommended to take the tablet at the same time each day.
• Starting Treatment:
  • Natural Menopause: Start treatment at least 12 months after the last natural period.
  • Surgical Menopause: Treatment may commence immediately.
• Missed Dose: If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, provided it is within 12 hours of the scheduled time. If more than 12 hours have passed, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the usual time.
• Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature below 25°C.
