• Active Ingredients:
  • Clarithromycin: 500 mg per tablet
  • Pantoprazole Sodium: 40 mg per tablet
  • Amoxicillin: 1 g per tablet
• Formulation: Combination tablet pack
• Packaging: 42 tablets (14 tablets each of Klacid, Controloc, and Ospamox)

• Klacid HP 7 is indicated for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori)-associated peptic ulcer disease. This combination therapy aims to eradicate H. pylori infection, which is a common cause of peptic ulcers, thereby promoting healing and reducing the risk of ulcer recurrence

• Dosage: Take one tablet of each medication (Klacid, Controloc, and Ospamox) twice daily for 7 days.
• Administration:
  • Controloc (Pantoprazole): Take on an empty stomach, 1 hour before meals. Swallow whole; do not chew or crush.
  • Klacid (Clarithromycin) and Ospamox (Amoxicillin): May be taken with or without food.
