Treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), including prevention of relapse and recurrence.
Management of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).

Administration: Take orally with food.
Dosage: 75 mg once daily. After two weeks, the dose may be increased to 150 mg per day if further clinical improvement is required.
Precautions: Swallow the capsule whole; do not chew, crush, or divide. If you cannot swallow the capsule whole, it may be carefully opened, and the entire contents sprinkled on a spoonful of applesauce. Swallow the mixture immediately without chewing, followed by a glass of water.
