Travoprost 40 mcg, timolol maleate 5 mg
Indication
Decrease of IOP in patient w/ open-angle glaucoma or ocular HTN who are insufficiently responsive to topical β-blockers or prostaglandin analogues.
Instruction
Adult including the elderly Instill 1 drop in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s) once daily, in the morning or evening.
Drug interaction
Oral Ca-channel blockers, guanethidine or β-blocking agents, antiarrhythmics, digitalis glycosides or parasympathomimetics.
