MyJPJ To Fully Switch To MyDigital ID Login Starting May 1
After several delays over the past few months, the Road Transport Department (JPJ) has announced that MyDigital ID will officially become the only login method for the MyJPJ mobile app starting May 1, 2026.
According to JPJ, this move is aimed at improving cybersecurity and making access to JPJ services more efficient through a single verified digital identity. The department also revealed that the MyJPJ app has now reached around 14 million users.
The latest version of the app comes with several new features, including MyDigital ID integration, guest mode without login, a 24-hour chatbot, and built-in access to JPJeBid and JPJeQ services within one platform.
JPJ also encourages users aged 12 and above to register and activate their MyDigital ID account to ensure smooth access once the system is fully implemented. Meanwhile, MyPR holders can still continue using their existing login methods through alternative channels.
