Shareholder Update: Room Redemption via NFT Wallet

Effective 1 September 2025, shareholder entitlements — including free room redemptions and dividend distributions — will be using names , identification numbers or NFTs . Instead, all redemptions will be verified through the Web3 wallet containing the A NFTs. Please note that 92 A NFTs are equivalent to one (1) share, and only shareholders whose wallets hold a minimum of 92 A NFTs are eligible to redeem a free room. Front Desk staff may verify the shareholder's A NFT balance before confirming any booking.
